The 7-Day Window: "You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, the bike must be in new, unridden condition, with zero miles on the odometer, and in its original packaging."
The Fine Print:
"Shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer."
"A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply depending on the condition of the return."
Refund Process: "Once inspected and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days."
